At the heart of our think tank is our People. Each of our People forms the single significant building block of our think tank - the efforts, hours, heart, and soul that our People endlessly pour in, shaping the successes of Fat Tiger Think Tank. ​

In the decisions we made in shaping our think tank, we were keenly aware of the importance of building a culture of shared ownership and growth. We emphasized dynamic growth, collective responsibility and team success. ​

Of note, our People took deliberate attention to fostering a culture of continuous Kaizen, accountability and integrity.​

Atop our philosophy towards People, we set out to architecture the right Processes to leverage the strengths of our People and uncover their potential.​

To the external eyes, our greatest processes may appear to be our robust SOPs, rigorous tracking systems, and elaborate monitoring mechanism. Yet, our greatest process actually laid in our ability to Create Conditions for Growth for our People, by explicitly detailing roles and responsibilities, and designing feasible and achievable growth roadmap for our People to grow from strength to strength.​

Pertinently, we designed Processes to bring the best out of our People.

Forming the fundamental motivation and serving as an eternal inspiration, the right Purpose could serve to foster long-term commitment and unlock immense potential in our People and Processes.​

Against a backdrop of profound changes to the global environment, the waves of rapid and accelerating movement of business opportunities across ASEAN presented itself as an opportunity of a generation. Upon this, great Purpose was forged.​

We regularly communicated and contextualized the macro-economic trends, micro-economic shifts, and our think tank’s agile adjustments so as to inspire and align our People’s roles in our overall strategy. This served to give Purpose to individual’s daily works and the significance of our People’s contributions which collectively formed the successes of Fat Tiger Think Tank. We lionized our Purpose daily.
