Greater Jakarta Logistics Figures Q2 2026

Greater Jakarta’s logistics market maintained healthy fundamentals in Q2 2026, supported by strong occupier demand and limited new supply. More than 42,000 sqm of modern warehouse space was delivered, bringing total inventory to approximately 3.5 million sqm, while net take-up reached 23,900 sqm and occupancy remained high at 97.4%. Average rents rose by just under 1% quarter-on-quarter, with stronger growth in Karawang. Looking ahead, demand is expected to remain supported by logistics, e-commerce, FMCG and manufacturing occupiers, while developers continue prioritizing modern, high-specification facilities.
